Why isn't there a PF version? There has been an adjustment to the Stretch goals.
Before I get a thousand questions on why didn’t we make a PF version. Basically it’s logistics. If we did a print run for PF1 and PF2 is successful we would be left with an overflow stock of unsellable books. The tentative plan is to wait and see how PF2 goes, and then if it is successful we may do a PF version. Also, each book whether softcover or hardcover requires a certain number of printings to be cost effective.
At $70,000-There has been a lot of asking for Pathfinder 1.0–we CANNOT do the whole book that way–but we will do a Pathfinder PDF companion book that will have stats of all the monsters and family, and the traps appendix. This will be FREE to all backers at $25 and over as a PDF only. It will not be printed.

At the 35K stretch goal we get maps of the Wilderness around Tegel. So I assume no maps of this area are in at default?
The wilderness mp will be included in the base book–but not as a poster unless we hit the stretch goal.

At 40K a pdf of players maps will be added to all players. So there are no player maps inside the default? And why isn’t a physical copy of this a stretch goal?
Good point on poster of the players map–we will at least make it printable–that way they can write on it in 11 x 17.

$90 Digital PSD files of the manor and dungeons below it. What’s difference about this than the maps that are in the actual book? What’s different about this than the Players Maps at the 40K stretch goal and the book?
The PSD files are super high photoshop files…so big we have to arrange special delivery to customers via a method that is NOT our sever. They import well into VTT and can be modified/layered etc. The partially finished base map was over 2 GB with maybe 10% done, for example. The intent on the PSD is to provide a highly usable file for VTT players–its not for everyone, really.

Will we be able to add other Frog God products either by adding funds here or in Backerkit?
There will Be an opportunity to add additional items. At the bottom of the Campaign is a list of possible addons. That list may change over the course of the KS. As to funds, you can either look at the list and add funds for what you want now or do it at Backerkit. The choice is yours.
From Bill: Probably not added during backerkit–its confusing as Hell to ship a bunch of stuff like that (we have tried, and failed, before). Basically, we would mess it up.

Any really–its a total sandbox. Depends on what family members you run into. (or the DM decides you run into)

Besides the stat blocks is there any difference between the 5E and S&W versions? Like something that the mechanics of 5E supports but 0E/S&W do not?
In general, the 5e and S&W versions have different mechanics to support the same overall activities. Traps, creatures, magic items, etc., are all mechanically different but intended to give a similar feel across the versions. There are a few instances where the different rulesets change a certain feature in a noticeable way. This might have to do with types of spells that are available or areas where, for example, 5e has a specific rule and S&W does not. An example is suffocating. Fear, paralysis, and other effects are also treated differently in the games. In S&W it would not unusual to have an effect last many minutes based on a single failed save. In 5e, we generally (but not always!) honor the 5e convention of permitting a new saving throw at the end of each round. Because this can significantly change the dynamics of an encounter, occasionally there are some follow-on changes. (Imagine that a certain trap/creature sequence relies on some number of PCs running away scared for a minute in order to make it interesting. Since this doesn’t (typically) happen in 5e, we might make a different event for this area.)

Not by us. But the PSD files can certainly be used there, and the text could be imported/used by someone.

What is a Backerkit? And how do I signup?
Backerkit comes after the KS closes and gets all the add-ons in one place for easier selection. It also lets FGG know what you want and how many of each. If you pledge you will receive an email asking you to click on the link which will take you to the Backerkit website. So there is no signing up for it.

How much is the 144sq ft map going to be? Can we buy it? If so where? Will we also have the ability to upgrade to the leather bound version of the book if we purchase the hardback.
The 144 sq ft map is $450 and can be bought during Backerkit. However, you can add the funds either now or wait for the Backerkit. It’s your choice.
The Leather bound hardcover is $250. Same as the map, funds can be added now or in Backerkit.

How much are the STL files for 3D printing and who is doing them?
The STL files will be done by Fat Dragon Games. I apologize if my previous answer was confusing. There are selected STL files that will be available on Backerkit. The price is set at $40. There may be other files offered but I have no knowledge of if that will happen or what the cost would be.
If you are wanting the files you can add the money now or wait until the Backerkit is sent out. The choice is yours.

Is there a possible solution to getting damaged replacement books for overseas customers?
The replacements have been killing us on cost and crappy for folks who get dented books as well. We are now double boxing all overseas orders. Its harder, more labor intensive and more expensive, but its just gotta be done.

Does the PDF of the book have 28mm Player Maps that we can print out?
The only map in 28 mm is the Tapestry map. If you order the poster you will get the Manor map in jpeg but not in 28 mm. As to getting the maps printed on matte paper there isn’t enough interest to make it cost effective.

Why does it seem that overseas shipping costs as much as the book or more?
It’s what we are charged for shipping a book overseas. We add on $5 for packing material. We have no control over what it costs to ship overseas. It’s also why we came up with Print on Demand pledge level.

I can add to my pledge $450 for the 4 72" X 71" Tapestry Maps IN SCALE for 28MM? So my Mummy Pledge of $95 becomes $545 with this ADD-ON? Is this correct? Or do I wait to Add-On to my pledge in the Backer Kit after the KS is completed?
In order to get the 4- 28 mm maps for $450 you would add that to whatever your pledge is. So you are correct a $90 pledge becomes a $545 pledge. As to when to add the money that is entirely up to you. You can add it now to help meet the stretch goals or you can wait until the Backerkit email is sent out.

It does not, officially–that being said, it featured prominently in my campaign for years. I even put links in the RA area (including a flase deed), and used it as a treasure map in monster loot.
